本產品為預先配製之 6X DNA Loading Buffer，內含追蹤染料 Orange G 與 Xylene Cyanol FF，可方便用於 PCR 樣品之製備，直接應用於瓊脂糖凝膠電泳分析。
配方中的追蹤染料可協助即時觀察電泳進度，且不會干擾溴化乙錠（Ethidium Bromide）染色後之紫外光（UV）影像判讀，確保 DNA 條帶清晰可見。
