Immunoglobulin M, is a basic antibody produced by B cells. It is the first antibody to appear in response to initial exposure to an antigen. Croyez Mouse anti-Human IgM is an unconjugated mouse monoclonal antibody. It does not bind human IgG, IgA or light chains.
