RIPA緩衝液可使 immunoprecipitation (IP) 和 molecular pull-down assays 中背景值較低。
產品成分：
Ready-to-use solution containing 150 mM NaCl, 1.0% NP-40, 0.5% sodium deoxycholate, 0.1%
SDS, 50 mM Tris, pH 7.5, 1mM PMSF, 10g/ml Leupeptin.
用法：
使用前RIPA Lysis Buffer加入Protease inhibitor cocktail後放置冰上
每 5 × 106 個細胞，使用 1 mL 冰的 RIPA 緩衝液去收集細胞
(大約20 L of packed cells, 相當於有約40 mg的細胞)
