Description：Protien Sample Dye is used for the preparation of protein sample prior to SDS-PAGE.5X Protein Sample Dye (ß-Me) contains Tris-HCl, pH 6.8, SDS, Glycerol, Bromphenol blue and ß-Me. ß-Me breaks disulfide bonds and destroys residual secondary structures. Glycerol is included in the loading buffer to ensure protein samples remain in the gel wells after loading.
